NABLE Signs MOU with Malaysia’s FAMA at FHA-F&B 2025 in Singapore,
to Jointly Target Southeast Asia’s Eco-Friendly Packaging
NABLE, an eco-friendly materials specialist, announced that it participated in
Food & Hotel Asia – Food & Beverage 2025 (FHA-F&B 2025) held this April at Singapore EXPO
and signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with FAMA (Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority),
an agency under Malaysia’s Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM),
to cooperate on biodegradable packaging solutions.
Established in 1965, FAMA is a Malaysian government statutory body responsible for
marketing “agro-food” products such as agricultural and processed foods.
It serves as a key organization that not only supports domestic distribution but also develops
export channels and carries out promotional initiatives to expand overseas markets.
Through this agreement, the two parties plan to jointly promote the reduction of plastic use and the transition to
sustainable packaging throughout the distribution and export processes for agricultural products.
In addition, leveraging NABLE’s proprietary technology applied to biodegradable materials and products,
they intend to co-develop eco-friendly packaging solutions for the F&B, hospitality,
and foodservice sectors across Southeast Asia and neighboring markets, while progressively
expanding collaboration in distribution and local marketing.
A NABLE representative said, “FHA-F&B 2025. 2025 is a core platform where decision-makers
across Asia’s food, beverage, and hospitality industries gather,” adding,
“Through our partnership with FAMA, we will expand eco-friendly packaging solutions
tailored to the needs of local Southeast Asian markets.”

FHA-F&B 2025 was held from April 8 to 11 at Singapore EXPO, and according to the organizer,
the event is a leading ASEAN FHA-F&B 2025. industry exhibition,
with more than 1,500 brands from over 50 countries and approximately 65,000 visitors.
During the exhibition, NABLE broadened its touchpoints with global FHA-F&B 2025. brands and buyers from the hospitality and foodservice industries seeking sustainable packaging,
while also securing numerous consultations as well as sample and testing requests regarding the applicability of
its biodegradable materials—successfully concluding its participation at FHA-F&B 2025.
